What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Ultra Game Gifts Cards.
Can I purchase an Ultra Game Gift Card?
You most certainly can! After purchasing your gift card, you will receive an email with the gift card code inside. You can print it out or forward the email to the recipient and they can enter the code upon checkout. For a detailed instruction on how to use a discount code, please read below.
What If I purchased an item at full price and now it is on sale, do you offer a price adjustment?
Yes. We will honor the sale price and will refund the difference. You must contact us within 14 days from the time the product is delivered to offer a price adjustment. Please email us with the order number and the discounted price of the product you purchased.
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
When checking out, paste or type down the discount code in the GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE box and click APPLY. This box is located just below the summary of your order. On mobile, tap on "Show order summary" to locate the box. Make sure to click/tap on Apply/Right Arrow so the code will be applied to your order.
I placed my order but I didn’t get an email confirmation. Why did this happen?
Sorry about that! There can be different reasons for this. Sometimes, you might haven't finished the checkout or you might have put a different email address for your order.
If you haven't finished your checkout, you will be receiving an email to continue the process. If you entered an incorrect email address, please contact us with other details in your order so we can locate it in our files.
The confirmation email might also have ended up in your spam or junk folder. Kindly check there!
If it's not there and you're sure you've definitely placed an order, please contact us right away and we'll do everything we can to help you out.
I Made a Mistake on My Order, can I change it?
If you want to change your order, kindly notify us immediately through email. Please do note that we can only change details in your order if it's not yet shipped.
Does Ultra Game ship to International Countries?
For now, we can only ship within North America.
How Are Orders Shipped?
Orders are shipped through USPS. Once orders are packed in our warehouses, they will then be passed on to the couriers for delivery. You will then be receiving an email confirmation containing the tracking number so you can track it on your end.
How Long Does It Take to Ship Out My Order?
Our warehouse team is fully dedicated in making sure your orders come issue-free so please allow them 1-2 business days from receiving the payment or confirmation of order to process it.
How Long Will It Take for My Order to Be Delivered?
Delivery times vary due to shipping method chosen at checkout and location. We offer USPS First Class Shipping (which takes 5 to 9 business days) and USPS Priority (which takes 3 to 4 business days).
I Was Sent the Wrong Item/s. What Do I Do?
First of all, we're so sorry this happened to your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. Kindly provide your name, order number and photos of the items that were sent to you.
Can I return my item?
You can return your merchandise for up to 30 days from when we shipped your order out.
How can I return my order?
Product returns are super easy! Click here to visit our return center to get started.
Enter the email you used to place your order and a link will then be sent to your email to start your return.
Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at email@example.com.
My Return Was Rejected, What Does That Mean?
If you receive an email saying that your return was rejected by one of our team members, it could be that you returned an order back to us that was outside the 30-day window, returning final sale items or damaged items. If you need help, please don’t hesitate to send us an email . We will do our best to come to a satisfactory resolution.
If I Buy an Item from A Retail Store That Sells Ultra Game, Can I return or exchange Back to the Website?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any merchandise that is purchased at one of our retail partners. We recommend going back to the store where the item was purchased and see if they have more in stock. If you purchased an item and you find a defect in it you may send us pictures of the defects. If we offer the item on our website, we will send out a replacement to you. All we require is the size and shipping address to send to.
Do you have any retail locations?
Not at this time. We partner with many retail locations to carry some of our items. Retailers such as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Old Navy, Burlington, Ross and others carry a selection of Ultra Game items.
